What If The Love Is Blind Hosts Were Replaced?

Rumors are spreading throughout social media that hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey will be replaced with Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton. Lauren and Cameron got married in Love Is Blind season 1 and have been together ever since. They’re a crowd favorite and symbolize what success looks like on the show. They’re both down to earth and can help contestants of the show since they have walked in their shoes before. Love Is Blind has already started filming season 5 so they likely would not take over until season 6.

You are probably wondering why there are rumors of replacing the current hosts. First, Nick shaded his ex-wife on the season 3 reunion by stating “Second marriages are always the best” which many fans found uncalled for and spiteful. Nick has also been seen being extremely aggressive towards fans of the show and he’s now being treated for anger management. Vanessa is constantly cutting off conversations and speaking over her cohost/husband and contestants. In the season 4 reunion, she targeted certain contestants and kept pushing her “First Love Is Blind Baby” agenda which made fans uncomfortable. There are many reasons why these hosts need to be removed but these are the main ones most fans talk about.

Do I believe replacing the hosts with Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton is the best idea? Absolutely not. I would prefer there to be an experienced host like Andy Cohen. He makes it entertaining, organized, and respectful. I love Lauren and Cameron as is and I do not want the chance of damaging their image by being further involved with the Love Is Blind franchise.
